Workflow

1. Export from Final Cut Pro

Newer versions of Final Cut Pro export XML as a .fcpxmld bundle (a folder). Upload the bundle (zipped as .zip if your browser asks) or an .fcpxml file.

2. Choose the version

Select the FCPXML version your other application can read (1.6 – 1.10). The tool takes the Info.fcpxml out of the bundle and sets the version.

3. Use it in other tools

Download the converted .fcpxml. To convert markers or titles directly, upload the .fcpxmld in our Marker Converter or Subtitle Converter.
